OLGA Danilevich
Olga is an experienced Certified Professional Level Yoga Teacher (E-RYT-500), who teaches Gentle Yoga, Yoga for Seniors and Chair Yoga Dance for many years. Olga is trained and certified in Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy, Kripalu Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Therapeutic Yoga for Seniors, Yoga Nidra, Yoga Dance for Special Population, and then BoneFit. She studied Yoga with lots of prominent yoga teachers and health experts, including: ViniYoga for Emotional Health with Garry Kraftsow, Somatic Yoga with James Knight and Reconnective Healing with Eric Pearl. Olga is an active Auyrveda practitioner and life-long mediator.
Olga skillfully integrated these intensive therapeutic trainings and practices into her classes and created an Open Heart Yoga – a vibrant, holistic, innovative program, designed with the 50+ age group in mind, that helps participants to increase muscle and bone strength, build stamina, improve balance and flexibility, support joint health and alleviate common health issues such as lower back, neck, shoulders and knee pain, arthritis, and pelvic floor problems.
Using the time-proven benefits of yoga, the program promotes reconnection to our inner wisdom using exercise, breath, relaxation, and meditation.
She is one of the key pioneers of Chair Yoga Dance, a regular columnist of “Be
Healthy” Magazine, and a talented lecturer that conducts creative, interactive
seminars on healthy living.
